Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 28, 2026
CindyCostley.com is operated by The Underlying Answers, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Oxnard, California. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit a Speaking Inquiry or Media Invitation, we collect the details you enter. These include your name and email address, and may include your organization, event or podcast/publication details, preferred dates, location, audience information, website or platform links, suggested topics, and any additional details you share.
When you submit a General Inquiry or use the Privacy Request button, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message. The Privacy Request button opens the secure General Inquiry form with the subject prefilled as “Privacy Request.” These submissions are stored privately in Lovable Cloud, separately from speaking and media inquiries, and are not sent to marketing lists or used to create marketing contacts.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security services receive technical information when you visit. This may include your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages requested. To limit repeated or automated submissions, we create one-way coded (hashed) values from the email address and IP address used with a form. We use these values for rate limiting rather than storing the IP address itself with your inquiry.
We do not ask for sensitive information through this website. Please do not include health or other sensitive personal details in your message.
How we use information
- To review and respond to speaking, media, and podcast inquiries.
- To review and respond to general inquiries and privacy requests, and verify identity where necessary.
- To manage our professional relationships and follow-up communication with you.
- To protect the website and forms from spam, abuse, and fraud.
- To maintain records and meet business, legal, and operational needs.
Services that help us operate
We use trusted service providers to run this website and handle inquiries:
- Lovable Cloud hosts the website and maintains the primary saved inquiry record. General Inquiries and Privacy Requests are stored privately in Lovable Cloud, separately from Speaking and Media inquiries.
- GoHighLevel may process Speaking and Media inquiries for contact management and notifications, including creating or updating contact records and adding notes and tags. General Inquiries and Privacy Requests do not create GoHighLevel contacts, tags, opportunities, or marketing enrollment. When the General Inquiry notification service is enabled, notifications may be sent through a secure GoHighLevel webhook.
- Cloudflare Turnstile helps confirm that form submissions come from people, not automated programs. It may process device and browser signals for this purpose.
- Google Fonts provides the typefaces used on this site. When your browser loads them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information.
- Scheduling. The “schedule a conversation” link opens a booking page hosted through our GoHighLevel account at link.theunderlyinganswers.com. Information you enter there is handled by that service.
These providers process information on our behalf or under their own privacy terms. Links to other websites, such as podcasts or partner organizations, are governed by those sites’ own policies.
